 Arrival Time

 

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in,  unwind, and begin your journey stress-free. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

 Peaceful Environment

 

 To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all:

 

 Please keep voices low and respectful.

 Mobile phones must be silenced or switched off.

 Photography is not permitted in treatment areas.

​

 

 What to Wear

 

 You’ll be provided with a robe, slippers, and a locker for your belongings.

 We provide disposable underwear for your privacy and our therapists will advise you on their usage. They  should be worn during body treatments – our therapists are fully trained to drape you to protect your  privacy at all times.

 Swimwear may be required for some treatments and in communal wet areas if applicable.

 Use of Spa Facilities

 

 If your booking includes access to facilities (e.g.. sauna, steam room, spa pool), please:

 

 Shower before using shared amenities.

 Be mindful of time limits if others are waiting.

 Follow any posted hygiene and safety notices.

​

 

 Communication is Key

 

 Please inform your therapist of:

 

 Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies.

 Your desired pressure level during massage.

 Any discomfort during the treatment – we are here to care for you.

 Cancellations & Changes

 

 We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

 No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

 Sunday and Public Holidays

 

 Please note: Sundays and Public Holidays incur a 15% surcharge.

 Gift Vouchers

 

 Gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift of self-care. Please bring your voucher with you on  the day of your appointment.

 Age Policy

 

 To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that guests be 18 years or older unless receiving a  treatment specifically designed for younger guests, accompanied by an adult.
