Arrival

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for all spa treatments. This will allow you time to change into your spa attire and complete the necessary health questionnaire before the commencement of your treatment. Arriving late will minimise our spa treatment as all treatments commence and conclude as scheduled. As the spa is a place of relaxation with tranquil surrounds, we request that you turn off your mobile phone and/or pager and leave these items in your locker. At the completion of your treatment you are provided with the luxury of additional time to relax in our resting lounge.
